PLEASE BRING YOUR SUMMONS WITH YOU ON YOUR FIRST DAY OF JURY SERVICE.
 
Note: Beverage containers are not allowed in the courtroom. Please wear appropriate attire, silence all cellular phones, or leave them at home or in your car. You will be required to go through weapons screening. Knives (including pocket knives), guns, other weapons, or sharp objects are prohibited in the courthouse and will delay check-in. Please do not bring children when you report for jury service.

If you are unable to fill out the questionnaire on-line, please complete and submit the Confidential Juror Profile portion of your summons by mail, fax, or email.
